Scope, pricing, and timing are confirmed before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Quotes & scheduling

Estimates and quotes are based on information you provide and, where applicable, an on-site assessment. Final pricing may reflect actual conditions discovered during service that were not reasonably visible or disclosed beforehand.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and safe, reasonable access to the work area. Rescheduling or cancellation policies communicated at booking apply.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • Ensure technicians can safely access ducts, registers, and equipment.
  • Secure pets and valuables; we are not responsible for items left in work areas.
  • Disclose known hazards (asbestos, mold remediation needs, electrical issues, etc.) before service.

5. Payment

Payment terms are as stated on your invoice, quote, or at the time of service. Late fees or collection costs may apply where permitted by law if payment is not received as agreed.

6. SMS Program Terms

These SMS Program Terms govern your participation in the SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC text-messaging program. By checking the SMS consent box on our website form and providing your mobile number, you agree to the following:

  1. Program description. By opting in you agree to receive customer-care text messages from SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC regarding your quote request, appointment scheduling, service updates, and follow-up communications related to services you requested. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

7. Website & other communications

8. Warranty disclaimer

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written warranty we provide for a specific job, services are provided “as is.” SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from these Terms or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, unless a higher minimum applies under law.

You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or our services lies in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, unless another venue is required by law.
