The terms that govern your use of our website and air duct cleaning services.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your request for or receipt of services from SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC (“SunDuct,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our site, submitting a form, or booking services, you agree to these Terms. See also our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this website, submit a contact or booking form, or participate in the SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC SMS text messaging program. By using the site or providing your information, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Services

SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC provides residential and commercial air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and related indoor air quality services as described on our website or in a written quote. Scope, pricing, and timing are confirmed before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Quotes & Scheduling

Estimates and quotes are based on information you provide and, where applicable, an on-site assessment. Final pricing may reflect actual conditions discovered during service that were not reasonably visible or disclosed beforehand.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and safe, reasonable access to the work area. Rescheduling or cancellation policies communicated at booking apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure technicians can safely access ducts, registers, and equipment.
  • Secure pets and valuables; we are not responsible for items left in work areas.
  • Disclose known hazards (asbestos, mold remediation needs, electrical issues, etc.) before service.

5. Payment

Payment terms are as stated on your invoice, quote, or at the time of service. Late fees or collection costs may apply where permitted by law if payment is not received as agreed.

6. SMS Program Terms

These SMS Program Terms govern your participation in the SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC text-messaging program. By checking the SMS consent box on our website form and providing your mobile number, you agree to the following:

  1. Program description. By opting in you agree to receive customer-care text messages from SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC regarding your quote request, appointment scheduling, service updates, and follow-up communications related to services you requested. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  2. Opt-out. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC will send you an SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time.

  4. Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Rates & frequency. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan.
  6. Privacy. For questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Website & Other Communications

Our website may use third-party tools (including forms, hosting, analytics, and messaging platforms such as HighLevel/LeadConnector). Do not use our website or contact channels for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes. Non-SMS communications are also described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written warranty we provide for a specific job, services are provided “as is.” SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from these Terms or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, unless a higher minimum applies under law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC and its owners and staff from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the property or systems we service, or failure to disclose material conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or our services lies in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, unless another venue is required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

SunDuct Clean Air Solutions LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date below reflects the current version. Continued use of our website or acceptance of services after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms where permitted by law.
